Adwise is a market research and consultancy company. We only need your personal details for our research purposes or to send you our latest news.

As an entity based within the European Union, Adwise is required to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when processing personal data.

As a result, people who take part in a study with us are protected by a series of rights granted by the RGPD.

What personal data do we process about you and why?

The types of personal data we collect for our various activities:

Qualitative studies

When you take part in a focus group or an individual interview, we collect the following personal data about you: Surname, first name, address, email address, telephone number, age, gender, family composition, occupation and any other specific data relating to the subject of the study.

Quantitative studies

We may process anonymised data.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, e-mail address and the name of the company you work for.

Metadata (which cannot be used to identify an individual)

As part of Google Analytics, we may collect certain metadata (enabling us to analyse traffic on our website) such as IP addresses (truncated at city level), geolocation, detection of the terminal used (mobile, tablet, etc.) and detection of the browser used.

On what legal basis do we process your personal data?

In accordance with our legal obligations and the RGPD, we will only collect the above personal data under a specific Legal Basis. The legal basis for the processing of respondents' personal data is their Consent (collected at the time of recruitment). Adwise will not process the above personal data without your prior Consent. Your agreement to participate in our surveys is equivalent to giving us consent to process your data.

With whom do we share your personal data?

It is often the case, in the context of a study, that in order to contact you and find out whether your "respondent" profile corresponds to the one we are looking for, we delegate the "recruitment" process to our contractual partners who specialise in the field. It is within this "recruitment" framework that the recruiter will need your contact details and personal data mentioned above.

How long do we keep your personal data?

In accordance with the GDPR, Adwise retains your data for as long as is necessary for the original purpose for which it was collected. Therefore, depending on how you interact with Adwise, we may retain your data for different periods of time.
