Better understand a target to detect the key criteria for a successful customer journey

AFP produces and distributes content (hot and cold) in various formats (audio, video, dispatches) for the media but also for researchers, a target whose job is to choose the best content to illustrate their subjects. While redesigning its platform, the agency wanted to better understand this target and identify the key criteria for a successful customer journey.

la Methodologie

We conducted 30 video interviews with French and international clients and prospects to explore the overall customer experience and the search journey. This one-on-one approach allowed us to build personas and identify new UX rules to create a seamless customer journey.
