SNCF is thinking about taking the step of checking tickets before boarding, with the aim of reducing fraud and ensuring passengers' peace of mind.

A design thinking approach: individual interviews on the TGV and observation by an ergonomist, development of services in a workshop, then group evaluation of the potential of the boarding layout and the services imagined
