Methodology

Autonomous in-store missions and reporting on our digital platform, on-site observations and visits with in-depth interviews, 5-minute video with the best customer feedback in "vox pop".

Outputs

The feedback has been very positive, and the concept will be fine-tuned and extended to other shops throughout France.
