SNCF is thinking about taking the step of checking tickets before boarding, with the aim of reducing fraud and ensuring passengers’ peace of mind.

Gathering the experience of the existing systems, developing the service dimension with the target audiences – family, seniors, professionals, etc.

la Methodologie

A design thinking approach: individual interviews on the TGV and observation by an ergonomist, development of services in a workshop, then group evaluation of the potential of the boarding layout and the services imagined
