The Challenge

On what insights should the website evolve? What are the typical UX paths? What are the acquisition levers?

Methodology

Qualitative study via 1h30 individual interviews on Zoom to interview Telecom decision makers wishing to change operators throughout France.
On the basis of the assignment given to them, the participants shared their screen with us (via their phone or computer) so that we and our client could follow their journey and their Live comments in detail.

Outputs

To ensure a better transformation rate, we built strategic targets for Keyyo (Persona) and recommended priority optimisations on navigation, as well as on their offers.
