The Challenge

Starwax is a leader in DIY household cleaning products. The aim was to check the relevance of the brand platform and, if necessary, adjust both the platform and the mix (pack, communication, distribution).

Methodology

How do you evolve when you're a leading brand in a challenging and fast-changing market? By keeping its fundamentals but connecting even better with consumers. We carried out a brand review that successfully combined operational urgency with forward-looking depth by identifying concrete and operational levers in the short term, while opening up paths of transformation to stimulate the brand's growth.
