The publisher is looking to regain a foothold in a high-stakes technology sector, with the aim of completely overhauling the textbook collection and bringing in new features.


A Design Thinking approach, based on an in-depth audit of the pain points of teachers and the perception of competing textbooks via individual face-to-face interviews, followed by a creative workshop involving 15 staff and external contributors, and then tests of graphical tracks on a fully developed chapter, as well as the specimen
