Qualitative study via 1h30 individual interviews on Zoom to interview Telecom decision makers wishing to change operators throughout France.
On the basis of the assignment given to them, the participants shared their screen with us (via their phone or computer) so that we and our client could follow their journey and their Live comments in detail.

To ensure a better transformation rate, we built strategic targets for Keyyo (Persona) and recommended priority optimizations on navigation, as well as on their offers.
