the Challenge

AFP produces and distributes content (hot and cold) in a variety of formats (audio, video, dispatches) for the media, but also for researchers, a target group whose job it is to choose the best content to illustrate their stories. In redesigning its platform, the agency wanted to better understand this target audience and identify the key criteria for a successful customer journey.


We conducted 30 video interviews with French and international search customers and prospects to explore the overall customer experience and the search journey. This individual approach enabled us to construct personas and identify the new UX rules for creating a seamless customer journey.
